Returns
Not satisfied with your received products?
You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please send an e-mail to returns@noirmoda.com to inform us beforehand about your return.
You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:
- The product has not been used
- The product is in the same condition as during receipt
- The product is packed in a shipping bag/box
You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if the product meets above conditions. You will receive the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
